This is not the first time in her career that the athlete is forced to treat a back injury that has been troubling her since 2023.
The coaching staff counted on Ida as one of the key figures of the team at the beginning of the season, but an old injury forced the management of the national team to reconsider their plans.
“Ida wanted to start in Geilo, but it didn’t work out. It’s an unfortunate moment, but health always comes first,” coach Patrick Oberegger said.
