Ihor Zhovkva thanked the Northern Baltic States for their comprehensive support of Ukraine in resisting Russian aggression and at the same time for their significant contribution to strengthening security in all of Europe.
“We highly appreciate the contribution of your countries to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The decision to further increase such support is especially important. We count on the contribution of the countries of Northern Europe and the Baltic countries in the purchase of weapons from Ukrainian manufacturers and the creation of new opportunities for our defense industry”, – emphasized the deputy head of the Office of the Head of State.
During the meeting, they discussed the priority needs of the Defense Forces, in particular, modern air defense systems of various ranges to protect Ukrainian energy this winter.
