In September, the National Bank imposed penalties on three Ukrainian banks and 10 non -bank financial institutions for breach of financial monitoring and currency legislation.

Asvio Bank received the biggest fine – a total of UAH 9.1 million for improper customer inspection, violation of the requirements for information on potential money laundering and non -compliance with currency supervision.
Motor-Bank has to pay UAH 6.2 million for insufficient clients’ inspection and late submission of documents to the regulator, as well as another UAH 51 thousand for failure to submit information about currency transactions.
The Oschadbank state was fined UAH 500 thousand for violation of the terms of submission of additional information to the requests of the authorized body.
Among non -bank institutions, the largest fine – UAH 16.6 million – was discharged by UPR, which manages the popular IPay service. The rest of the non -banking institutions received sanctions from 51 thousand to 595 thousand UAH.

The NBU also recorded a decrease in inflation in Ukraine.
