As of September 23, the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia from the NBU decreased by 10 kopecks, the euro – by 9 kopecks.

The official exchange rate of the dollar was set at UAH 41.34, the euro at UAH 46.14 (as of September 20, the dollar was UAH 41.44, the euro at UAH 46.23).
At 11:00 a.m., the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was UAH 41.65 – 41.73.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 46.40 – 46.60.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – UAH 41.20 – 41.70 (rate on September 20 – UAH 41.25 – 41.75);
- Euro – UAH 46.00 – UAH 46.60 (rate on September 20 – UAH 45.95 – UAH 46.60).
According to banks, the dollar cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 41.05 – 41.65;
- Savings Bank – 41.15 – 41.85 UAH;
- Ukrsibbank – UAH 41.15 – 41.70;
- FUIB – 41.20 – 41.70 UAH;
- Raiffeisen – 41.15 – 41.60 hryvnias.
