The National Bank of Ukraine found violations in the activities of 8 financial companies and applied influence measures to them.
This was reported by the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Impact measures are applied to:

- LLC “Financial Company “Finway”
- LLC “Financial Company “Progressive Finances”
- LLC “Financial Company “Svarog Finance”
- LLC “Financial Company “Finuuniversal”
- LLC “Financial Company Invest-Credo”
- LLC “Statuscapital”
- Takelau Financial Company LLC
According to the message, these financial companies did not submit to the National Bank in time the report on providing assurance regarding the annual reporting data (reporting data) for 2023, compiled by auditors. Financial institutions must eliminate violations by October 17, 2024.
