On January 6, social networks and the media published information about unethical behavior of a civil servant in the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine. The Ministry categorically condemns behavior that degrades the honor and dignity of a war veteran or any person, regardless of age, gender, nationality, social status, etc. and no circumstances can be an excuse.
As indicated in the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, every employer, regardless of the form of ownership, must create appropriate conditions for the reintegration of a veteran at the workplace.
The department appointed an official inspection to identify the facts and circumstances mentioned in the published information.
“We inform you separately that documents have been sent to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the dismissal of Ruslana Velychko-Trifonyuk from the post of Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration,” the statement reads.
