The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has restored public access to the information of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations. The data is re-released in an open data format.

“The decision was made taking into account the balance between security in the conditions of martial law and the need for transparency and accountability of the state. Open data remains an important tool for democratic governance and the restoration of the country,” – said a message on the Telegram channel on Monday.
As noted, restoring access to the EDR strengthens anti-corruption control, increases investor confidence in the Ukrainian market, creates opportunities for the development of digital services and GovTech.
“At the same time, security is a priority. In open data sets, contact data, exact location, and KVEDs of subjects are not published, which makes it impossible to use the information to the detriment of national security,” the message emphasizes.
Sets of open UDR data are already available on the website of the Ministry of Justice and State Enterprise “NAIS”. The process of publishing data on the Unified State Open Data Portal is also underway.
The Ministry of Justice reported on recovered assets subject to sanctions in 2025.
The higher anti-corruption court found the assets used by a deputy of one of the village councils of the Kyiv region to be unjustified. By court decision, property – cars and land plots – with a total value of more than five million hryvnias.
