The Ministry of Finance updated the Reform Matrix. It is an analytical tool that contains a list of requirements and obligations of Ukraine for receiving international financial assistance. In the updated Matrix, there are 325 conditions and recommendations, which correspond to 531 indicators for implementation for the next 10 years. When launched in June 2024, the Matrix contained 206 reforms and 410 indicators. In the Matrix updated in July, there were 314 reforms, which corresponded to 520 indicators for implementation. In the three quarters of 2024, Ukraine fully fulfilled 199 out of 531 indicators from the list of conditions and recommendations of international partners. During the third quarter, 99 indicators were implemented.
