The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine confirmed its commitment to support the stable and independent management of NEC Ukrenergo in order to strengthen the company’s position and restore trust among stakeholders.
Therefore, as part of these efforts, competitive selection of candidates for three positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board has been started.
The Ministry of Energy also instructed NEC “Ukrenergo” to engage a professional consultant to carry out the selection.
