In Ukraine, radical changes in the field of scientific publications are planned – state bodies are undertaken to eliminate the multimillion -dollar “gray market” of the sale of scientific articles and diplomas.
According to Deputy Minister of Education Denis Kurbatov, the key problem is the mass circulation of “ready” articles, authorships, quotations and even increases in the Earlish index offered by intermediary firms.
According to various estimates, the volume of this semi -legal business has long exceeded UAH 100 million a year. To combat such violations, Ukraine has signed an agreement with the world’s largest Cabels base and creates a special commission for publication ethics.
Recall that the Ministry of Education and Science plans to expand the program of free food for students.
