The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is starting beta testing of a new service – electronic referral to VLK – in the “Reserve+” application.

Details: How the new service will work:
As Umyerov explains, first of all referrals will be able to be generated by citizens who themselves wish to pass the VLK. But later this opportunity will appear for people who have received a paper summons to pass the VLK.
The purpose of beta testing is to test the operation of the new service together with “Rezerv+” users and to improve it before the full launch.
You can join the beta testing via the link.
Umerov’s direct speech: “The next step will be the integration of the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health. From the fall of 2025, it will be possible to independently choose a medical institution that has a contract with the National Health Service in “Reserve+” to undergo a suitability review.
Digitization is a transparent, fair and convenient system that simplifies the lives of our citizens. We are changing the approach to the work of the VLK step by step, creating comfortable conditions for all Ukrainians.”
