The resolution adopted by the government makes it easier for servicemen to submit reports on changing their place of service through the “Army+” application.
Defense Minister Rustem Umyerov wrote about this on Facebook.
“Today, the government supported an important step by passing a resolution that simplifies the submission of reports for changing the place of service through the Army+ application. Instead of lengthy approvals, all you need is a copy of your military ID (or officer’s ID) and a letter of recommendation from your new brigade. For private and non-commissioned officers, permission from the acting commander is no longer required,” Umyerov wrote.
He noted that the personnel center of the Armed Forces processes documents according to a clearly defined procedure within 72 hours. Also, if there are no reasons for refusal, the serviceman receives a notification about the result of the review in the Army+ application, and in case of a negative decision, a notification about the reasons for refusal.
“The protection of the rights of the military is also provided for: unjustified refusals will be reviewed by the Ministry of Defense. Transfer is possible no more than once a year, and after 6 months of service in the current unit,” the minister emphasized.
Umerov informed that the initiative was developed by the Ministry of Defense together with the Armed Forces and public organizations. According to him, “this decision is an opportunity for each soldier to more effectively use his experience and skills where they are most needed.”
Today, November 12, the government adopted a special resolution that introduces a real and transparent transfer mechanism for our soldiers between military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On November 6, a new survey was launched in the “Army+” application, which allows servicemen to express their opinion about the possibility of changing their place of service. The new option will simplify the transfer process between priority military units.
Previously, five new electronic reports were added to the “Army+” application. They cover various stages of military service in Ukraine.
