The Ministry of Culture updated the “black list” of Russians who threaten Ukraine

The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine reported that in 2025, 11 more Russian citizens were added to the list of persons who pose a threat to the country’s national security. The new participants included actors Ivan Agapov, Nikita Dzhigurda, Yuri Kolokolnikov, Valery Nikolaev, Yuri Chernov, humorist and TV presenter Azamat Musagaliev, as well as a number of employees of the TV-News channel: directors Vadim Maslov and Gennadiy Navnikov, manager”, — write on: ua.news

The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine reported that in 2025, 11 more Russian citizens were added to the list of persons who pose a threat to the country’s national security.

The new participants included actors Ivan Agapov, Nikita Dzhigurda, Yuriy Kolokolnikov, Valeriy Nikolaev, Yuriy Chernov, humorist and TV presenter Azamat Musagaliev, as well as a number of employees of the TV-News channel: directors Vadim Maslov and Gennadiy Navnikov, head of the production department Maria Tumar, director Borys Horlov and TV operator Ilya Grachov.

In 2025, no one was excluded from the list, currently the total number of persons on the “black list” is 250.

The Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine supports the initiative to introduce sanctions against the Russian animated series “Masha and the Bear”.

Maksym Ostapenko was dismissed from the post of general director of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve for specific violations.
