Photos of submerged fortifications – tetrapods – located along the Black Sea coast appeared on social networks. Obviously, the barricade was installed in order to prevent the landing of an enemy landing force, but how did the tetrapods end up half-submerged by the sea – a relevant question UNN sent to the Command of the “Danube” military operational group.

The editors have been waiting for a response from the Command for about a month, however, there are still no explanations. UNN also addressed a request to the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

There they replied that the enemy does not stop trying to attack Odeshchyna.

“Defense specialists, our military, determined, modeled and planned the order, means and location of fortifications for the purpose of strengthening the borders of the state, including the Black Sea coast,” Odesa OVA noted.

Regarding the supposedly submerged tetrapods, Odesa OVA noted that comments on this topic fall outside the administration’s competence, since the expediency and locations of fortifications are determined exclusively by the military.
