Because of this, he was unreasonably accrued 10 616 hryvnias of state assistance for low -income families. This information was published in the decision of the Saksagansky District Court of Kryvyi Rih of August 20, 2025.
The citizen was registered in the UPSZN for receiving privileges in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Aid to Low -Income Families” and the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 2550 of 24.02.2003. Pursuant to clause 16 of Order No. 2550, the payment of assistance is terminated if the family has submitted unreliable or hidden data that influence the right to receive benefits. During the audit, it was found that in Section V of the Income Declaration, he did not indicate information about the purchase of a car on 10.04.2024. As a result, from 01.12.2024 to 31.05.2025, he was transferred 10 616 hryvnia more than legal payments. On the basis of clause 25 of the Order No. 2550, the UPSZN filed a claim for recovery of the amount.

“The UPSZN informed the defendant about the termination of payments and the need to return the overpayment to 13.06.2025. However, the requirements are ignored and the amount is not refunded. The defendant, duly notified of the hearing, did not provide the court with evidence of ignorance of the rules of submission of the declaration or denied the fact of deliberate concealment of information to receive payments. Conscious actions to present false data indicate unfairness, ”the court decision noted.
