Today he is a successful entrepreneur, and the path to it was not easy and filled with unexpected lessons, says the correspondent of Belovina.
How did you come to understand that you need to change your life?
I’m just tired of waking up and going to work, knowing that it is not pleased. It seemed that I was doing everything right, but there was a void inside.
I was realized that the habits I considered comfortable were restrained. I began to analyze what was keeping me in place, and I realized that I needed to break old templates.
What was the most difficult at the beginning of the change?
It was most difficult to decide on steps that seemed scary and unusual. I quit a stable job and started doing what I dreamed, but what I never did before. There were times when I wanted to go back but I realized it would be a step back.
How to build new habits and discipline?
I gradually introduced new rules: every morning I started from the plan and did what I previously postponed. The habit of discipline was formed through small steps. Sometimes I was wrong, but it was more important to stop.
What gave a sense of success?
Each small result was a confirmation that I moving in the right direction. When the first projects began to generate income and recognition, I realized that everything was in vain.
But the real victory was not in money or status, but that I learned to trust myself and my decision.
What lessons did you bring out of this experience?
I realized that comfortable habits can be a trap. It is necessary to be aware that growth requires action that is frightening.
And that happiness comes when you live with your life, not alien to expectations.
How has life changed now?
I am glad every morning now. My work is interesting and inspiring, my colleagues are motivated, and I myself became more confident.
I realized that the old habits did not just interfere – they hid the potential that was now fully revealed.
