The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has released a radio interception in which the Russian occupier orders the execution of a captured Ukrainian soldier to commit a war crime.
The relevant video was published by the press service of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Ministry of Education on Thursday, January 23.
The war criminal belongs to the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 35th army of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, intelligence officers said.
