On May 14, a new meeting was held in the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Lviv. It examined the conclusions of several examinations.
According to the public, it was the first full meeting from April 2. The previous three meetings were postponed. On May 1, the reason for the transfer was the absence of defenders Vyacheslav Zinchenko – Yuri Nemirovsky and Igor Sulima. And on April 9 and 29, the meetings were postponed because of the poor state of the client. The next meeting will take place tomorrow, May 15, at 10:30.
During today’s meeting, the conclusions of the psychological examination of the accused Vyacheslav Zinchenko were investigated; linguistic examination of his notes, messages and other seized materials; forensic examination of the body of the deceased, as well as the expert’s opinion on odorological examination.
The new lawyer of the accused asked to postpone the meeting, motivating the need to get acquainted with the case, but the judge rejected the judge.
On April 9, the Shevchenkivsky Court continued to consider the murder of linguistics Irina Farion. The accused Vyacheslav Zinchenko continued the measure of restraint – arrest until June 9.
We will remind, linguist Irina Farion was killed on July 19, 2024 near her house in Lviv.
18-year-old Vyacheslav Zinchenko is accused of committing a crime. He is threatened with life imprisonment.
Earlier, the daughter of linguistics and exnaissance Irina Farion – Sofia Semchyshyn asked for state protection because of threats to her family on social networks.
