The latest prostheses and autopilotization of UAVs: Ukrainian students won gold at the inventions exhibition Ukrainian students at Inova 2025

Ukrainian students have won 15 gold medals of the Inova International Innovative Show, one of the oldest exhibitions of inventions in the world.

About it reported on the site of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The exhibition took place in Zagreb (Croatia). Representatives of 25 countries presented 401 projects – new products, technical development and innovative ideas.

All Ukrainian students who participated in Inova 2025 have received gold medals for their inventions.

Kateryna Altukhov from Zhytomyr region won the project in which she studied the dyshormonal and metabolic disorders of different categories of women and girls in martial law.

Anton Vovk from Volyn won gold for analyzing the dynamics of the water content of the Volyn region according to remote data.

Maria Duzheva from Kiev won the project “The impact of green spaces on the mental state of cities.”

Ivan Ivanenko from the Dnipropetrovsk region received a gold medal for researching the efficiency of various forms of corrugation to ensure the heat recovery and strength of firearms.

Many victorious inventions of Ukrainian students relate to the topics of the war:

  • Ivan Zvik (Poltava region) – the project “System of devices for detecting air goals with the help of sound waves”;
  • Martha Petrash (Ivano-Frankivsk)-a project “Research on toxicity of the environment as a component of assessing the environmental consequences of hostilities on natural ecosystems (on the example of Kamyanskaya Sich National Nature Park)”;
  • Yaroslav Sheiko (Poltava region) – project “Creating a system of auto -piloting of UAVs on a set target at low altitudes in the absence of GNSS signal”;
  • Tamara Obolonskaya (Dnipropetrovsk region) – project “Efficiency of rehabilitation of the military with amputations of the lower extremities with the help of animals”;
  • Anastasia Romanov (Lviv region) is the Prosthesis Separata Prosthesis project on the creation of new generation prostheses.

Nikita Lytvyn from Donetsk presented the project “The use of microcontroller platforms for managing his own time” and won the first place.

Artem Telefus from Kiev has won the SPEAKLOD application to help in practice and improve artificial intelligence communication.

In addition, Ukrainian students paid special attention to health and ecology research, for which gold also received:

  • Oleksandra Kolosov (Kharkiv region)-project “Development of a test system for determining cations of mercury and sulfides based on fluorescent hemicarin dye with reading with a smartphone”;
  • Anna Kuzyava (Cherkasy region) – project “Investigation of the dynamics of the spread of Lyme disease within the Kamyansky Territorial Community of Cherkasy Oblast”;
  • Gleb Tatarinsev (Dnipropetrovsk) – Project “Pyrogenic influence on the geoecosystems according to the remote sensing of land (on the example of the Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region in the period from 2012 to 2024)”;
  • Irina Ushkaz (Mykolaiv region) – project “Investigation of the consequences of spills of vegetable oil in natural reservoirs and methods of their elimination”.
