The Kyiv TCC and SP commented on the incident in the Desnyan district of Kyiv, during which a serviceman from the alert group hit a civilian’s car and opened fire.

Literally: “To prevent the spread of distorted information, we would like to inform you that on November 16, 2025, an unidentified person attacked a military serviceman near the building of the Desnyan District TCC and SP during mobilization activities. The latter did not hold back his emotions and struck the attacker’s car.”
