According to the investigation, he went to Barcelona in November 2023, and in October 2024 – to Florence, forming these trips as a business trip at international conferences.
Law enforcement officers found that the invitation from the organizers of the events were forged, and in fact the official rested with his family.
In general, the official illegally spent 18 days for which he received payments from the state budget.
