Details: On January 12, the VAKS panel of judges announced a guilty verdict, by which the judge of the Kropyvnytskyi Court of Appeal was found guilty of asking to give and receiving an illegal benefit for the release of the perpetrator of a fatal road accident from a probationary sentence.
