In the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 250 military units have already switched to daily digital accounting of personnel using the Impulse system.

“These are units of the Ground Forces, Airborne Assault Forces, and Unmanned Systems Forces,” the message says.
As noted, key personnel and unit service processes now take place in a single secure environment instead of using paper logs and disparate spreadsheets.
The Ministry of Defense informed that the largest number of military units already working in “Impulse” are in the Ground Forces. This is 88% of all units of the Armed Forces that currently use the system, another 9% – in the Defense Forces, and 3% – in the Unmanned Systems Forces, where the deployment started at the end of last year and is only gaining momentum.
In particular, the leader in the Ground Forces is the operational command “West”, where the most units use “Impulse” in the daily work of personnel and military services.
“Impulse” allows us to accompany a serviceman at all stages of service – from enlistment to discharge, and all operations are performed faster and without a lot of paperwork. Effectively deploy units and corps where command, personnel, communications, and information security work together. For those who are just entering the system, we advise them to organize the data in EZHOOS (electronic personnel log) in advance, issue EDS and prepare all applications so as not to slow down the launch,” said Andriy Lezhenko, a representative of the Operational Command “West” of the Ground Forces.
Thus, the implementation teams of the Ministry of Defense and the Center for the Scaling of Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces work directly with military units every week: they help adjust processes, switch to a new work format and accompany users. The development team constantly collects feedback from units and improves the system according to the real needs of the army.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that “Impulse” is the official accounting system of the Ministry of Defense, which simplifies, increases accuracy and speeds up a number of processes in units: accounting for the arrival and departure of military personnel, appointments to positions, vacations, business trips and transfers, closing of daily orders, formation of orders for the unit and regular reports for the command without manual duplication.
Data is entered once and further used in all documents, which reduces the number of errors and saves time for personnel services and military units.
