It is noted that Ukraine has fulfilled five structural beacons provided for by the sixth revision, and completed three more ahead of schedule:

It includes new assurances under the Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration Loans (ERA) mechanism, which provides for the provision of a loan, the repayment of which will be provided by the income from immobilized Russian assets in the amount of up to 50 billion dollars. USA.

We will remind you that the IMF believes that Ukraine has shown very well in recent years that it is a good borrower and has a good plan for debt repayment, so it is more profitable for Ukraine’s partners to provide financing to the country now, to prevent its defeat in the war.
