The higher anti-corruption court postponed the consideration of the petition regarding the seizure of the property of Yulia Tymoshenko, a people’s deputy and head of the “Batkivshchyna” faction, until Tuesday.
Her lawyer Oleksandr Gotin stated this in a comment to Ukrinform.
“This is a case about the seizure of Yulia Volodymyrivna’s property. The meeting was postponed until tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. We asked about full access of citizens to the course of the case, so that there would be open access and broadcasting of the entire process. The detective was against an open hearing,” he said.
The lawyer informed that VAKS sided with the detective, closed access to the meeting and postponed the consideration of this case until tomorrow.
People’s deputy of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said that she has to make a monetary deposit by Wednesday.
