The published photo shows that the document is valid, and it was issued by the Russian passport system. Thus, repeated reassurances of the church are refuted that Onufri has only Ukrainian citizenship.
Earlier, Metropolitan Clement, the head of the Synodal Information Department of the UOC -MP, stated that Metropolitan Onufri had never received any other passport other than Ukrainian, and did not address any foreign bodies to acquire citizenship.
Earlier, we wrote that according to the materials of the SBU, Ukrainian citizenship of Orest Berezovsky, known as Metropolitan of the UOC (MP) Onufri, was terminated. The relevant decree was signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
