NABU and SAP informed acting of the head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine about the suspicion of non-declaration of a house and land in the Kyiv region. According to the investigation, he registered this property for his wife’s father.
According to NABU, the investigation established that in 2021–2023, the suspect did not include information about a residential building near Kyiv with an area of 236.8 square meters in the e-declaration. sq. and the land plot where it is located.
Real estate worth more than 100,000 dollars In the USA, the official issued the certificate to the wife’s father, while in fact he and his family are the actual owners.
The case is being investigated under Part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Declaration of false information in the amount of more than 2,000 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons).
Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau referred to the court the case of People’s Deputy Yury Kamelchuk, who did not indicate the apartment on Pechersk and the loan in the declaration.
