The head of Cherkasy OVA Taburets approved the regional estimate for 2026

Ihor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration approved the estimate of the region for 2026 by its order. During the formation of the estimate, in particular, emphasis was placed on ensuring the stability, security and development of Cherkasy Region, taking into account the available resources and the primary needs of the region under martial law. Also, a significant bet has been made on strengthening energy stability. Taburets announced this in his Telegram channel.

“Thanks to the conscientious work of business, the public and every taxpayer, we have the financial opportunity to provide for the needs of the region. In wartime, decisions must be balanced and responsible, and actions must be systematic and effective. This is the main thing in the work of our OVA. The estimate takes into account the educational subvention from the state: in particular, a 30% increase in the salary of teachers who provide basic and full secondary education. We are working on finding a resource at the regional level to encourage other educators as well,” said Taburets.

The main source of its filling remains the tax on the income of individuals, as well as the tax on the profit of enterprises of the private sector of the economy and communally owned enterprises, the founder of which is the regional council.
