“In connection with the spread of manipulative information about the mobilization of reserved workers, we appeal to the heads of state authorities, local self-governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations that carry out the reservation of conscripts, as well as to reserved workers:
According to Part 3 of Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization”, state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations that carry out reservations for conscripts are obliged to issue postponement of conscription for military service during mobilization for conscripts who are booked in accordance with the procedure determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in the district (city) territorial center of recruitment and social support, on the territory of which they are placed.
The procedure for booking conscripts for the period of mobilization and for wartime was approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023. No. 76 (as amended by CMU Resolution No. 1332 of November 22, 2024).
In accordance with the resolution, after the formation and signing of the list by means of the Unified state web portal of electronic services (hereinafter referred to as the Action Portal), the transfer of a conscript to a special military record for the period of deferment by means of the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists is carried out automatically.
Reservations made without using the Diya Portal tools do not automatically appear in the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
In such a case, in order to enroll a conscript on a special military record, state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations shall submit a notice of reservation to the territorial recruitment and social support center where the conscript is on military record. “, said the statement of the Ground Forces.
They indicated that without a notification about the reservation of TCC and SP, there is no reason to enter data about the reservation in the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
In the absence of information about the reservation of an employee in the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, responsible persons of state authorities, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations must contact the territorial recruitment and social support center in which the conscripted conscript is on military accounting.
