According to him, the budgets of nine oblasts – Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv – will receive support in the amount of 40 million hryvnias, 576.6 million hryvnias will be directed to the budgets of 93 communities located in zones of active or possible hostilities, of which the government will allocate 100 million for Odesa development projects.
“The funds will be used for specific tasks: arranging shelters, repairing heating networks, restoring water and electricity supply, bringing damaged objects to working condition, purchasing equipment, transport and fuel for communal enterprises,” he wrote in a telegram.
Kuleba says this enables communities to work without delays: to carry out emergency work, provide people with basic services and carry out rapid recovery.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
