Prime Minister Yulia Svyridenko announced this in Telegram.
Funds will be credited automatically through the Pension Fund. The program is designed for the following categories of people who need the most support in the winter period:
- Orphan children.
- Children under care.
- Children with disabilities in foster families.
- Internally displaced children (IDPs).
- IDPs with disabilities.
- Single pensioners.
The received funds can be spent on medicine, clothes and shoes.
As a reminder, a new “winter support” package will be launched in Ukraine in December 2025, under which citizens will be able to receive one-time financial assistance of 6,500 hryvnias.
Also, within the framework of “Winter Support”, all citizens of Ukraine who are in the controlled territory will be able to receive a one-time payment in the amount of UAH 1,000.
