The Cabinet of Ministers approved an experimental project for the training and employment of women in areas where they were traditionally underrepresented.
People’s deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko reported this.
According to the document published by the deputy, women will be trained for future employment in the following positions:
- machine tool;
- driver of a forklift, tram, trolleybus;
- electric gas boiler;
- electrician;
- excavator, crane operator;
- installer of building insulation systems;
- operator of software-controlled machines, remote-controlled devices, boiler room;
- locksmith;
- carpenter;
- carpenter;
- turner;
- tractor driver;
- milling machine
We will remind that in 2024 real wages in Ukraine will increase by 14%. It is expected that they will exceed the pre-war level at the end of this year.
Another 20 Ukrainian enterprises will receive grants in the total amount of UAH 84.9 million for the development of the processing industry.
