The government allocated additional funds for payments under the “National Cashback” program

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to allocate additional funds for settlements with the participants of the “National Cashback” program.

As of the beginning of November, the state owed Ukrainians payments for two months.

This is stated in Government Resolution No. 1429 dated November 7, which amends Resolution No. 652 dated June 4, 2025 regarding the use of reserve fund funds for state monetary assistance to buyers of Ukrainian-made goods and partial compensation for the cost of machinery and equipment.

The document provides for additional funding of over 40 million hryvnias to continue payments within the program. At the same time, according to the Ministry of Economy, the amount to be paid to Ukrainians for participation in the “National Cashback” is 509 million hryvnias for August alone.

We will remind, Ukrainians in July purchased of locally produced goods for UAH 5.07 billion within the framework of the “National Cashback” program. This is the largest amount for a month since the start of the program.

Payments under the “National Cashback” program are not are received on the accounts Ukrainians for two months due to lack of funding for the program.
