Earlier in Russia, it was stated that on the night of August 28, drones again attacked two Russian oil refineries – an afforest refinery in the Krasnodar region and the Kuibyshev refinery in Samara region. These refineries have already been attacking drones, and poster – early this month.

Since the beginning of August, at least eight refineries in Russia have been shot. According to analysts of the American Institute for War Study (ISW), recent Ukrainian blows in Russian oil refineries have contributed to the deficiency of gasoline throughout Russia, which will probably increase inflation and cause further macroeconomic instability in Russia.
Since the beginning of 2024, Russian refineries have regularly affected Ukrainian drones. Some plants failed the installation of primary oil processing, which required repair.
The Armed Forces General Staff from time to time confirms strikes on objects in the Russian Federation involved in the provision of the Russian army, and emphasize that such strikes will continue.
