In May, Russian bloggers began to spread information that Russian troops released to the border of Dnipropetrovsk region in the area of Novomykolaivka village (Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region). As evidence, they published personnel on which three Russian servicemen with the flag of the Russian Federation posing near the barbed wire at the border of two Ukrainian regions.
