It is worth noting that the mosaic panel “Boryviter” created Alla Gorsk in 1967. During the siege of Mariupol by Russian troops, part of the panel was destroyed by an explosion. It symbolizes creative search, love for life and desire for freedom.

What did the Russians do with MariupolThe Head of the Center for Occupation Study Petro Andryushchenko said that Mariupol is currently not just a logistics base for the occupiers, but also a full -fledged military platform, which is militarized by the “frantic pace”.
Prior to that, the student Andriy Kozhushina spoke about life in the occupied Mariupol. According to him, the occupying power from the very beginning began to introduce its propaganda. He stressed that at the University of Mariupol, where he studied, there was a large library and the invaders threw away from it at least 80% of books and imported their own.
