In Ukraine, relatively warm weather is currently observed, which will continue in the near future. However, already in the second half of November, a sharp cooling with frost and snow is predicted.
Forecaster Vitaliy Postrygan reported this, stressing the change in weather conditions from warm to more wintry.
Atmospheric fronts and cyclonic phenomena are now replacing anticyclones, but warm weather still dominates, the expert notes. He added that there is no battle of seasons yet, and October autumn continues to control atmospheric processes.
It is noted that the critical threshold of +5º, which signals the falling asleep of nature and the end of the vegetation of winter crops, is still delayed.
From the second half of November, the risk of the first snow and frost increases. The rain will change to snowfall, and ice will appear on the roads in the dark, which is a potential threat to drivers. The forecaster advises car owners to be especially careful.
As a reminder, it will get colder in Kyiv on November 4 and a little rain is expected.
It will also be warm in Ukraine on November 3 and 4, but rain is expected in the west.
