As a result of the Russian artillery shelling of the central part of Kherson, a woman was killed on April 13, another person was injured, said Roman Mrochko, head of the city military administration.

According to him, a 47-year-old man with explosive trauma and fragile wounds were sent to the hospital by police officers.

Also, the attack was damaged by a children’s health care facility. There are no victims among children and staff – at the time of shelling they were in shelter, Mrochko wrote.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.

The UN was able to confirm that since the beginning of the year, 413 civilians have been killed in Ukraine’s aggression, and more than 2000 were injured in the first three months of 2025, the number of casualties increased by 30% compared to the same period last year.
