The Football Association of England brought charges against Chelsea and West Ham

FA nominated “Chelsea” and “West Ham” accusations in connection with the football players’ fight at the end of the EPL match last Saturday (3:2).

In the 96th minute of the match of the 24th round of the EPL, the Hammers’ winger Adama Traore lost the fight for the ball to Mark Cukurelli in the corner of the field – the Chelsea defender finished the episode with a slide. After that, Traore threw the rising opponent to the lawn and began to make claims to the side referee.

João Pedro, who stood in for Cucurella, pushed Traore in the back. Adama tried to respond in kind, and a fight started involving several players. Jean-Clair Todibo grabbed the Chelsea forward by the neck with both hands. Referee Anthony Taylor showed yellow cards to Traore and Joao Pedro and sent off Todibo after a replay.

Chelsea and West Ham have been accused by the FA of England that the clubs “failed to prevent unacceptable and provocative behaviour” by their players. Both clubs will have until February 6 to respond to the charges.
