Details: The video shows the leader of the right-wing populist party SPD holding a ladder for a man who is removing the flag of Ukraine from the facade of the Czech parliament.

“This is a certain symbol. The Ukrainian flag was removed from the building of the Czech Chamber of Deputies on my instructions, and it took a few seconds,” the speaker said in a comment on the iDNES portal.
SPD conducted its election campaign under the slogan of cleaning Ukrainian flags from the buildings of state authorities and institutions.
SPD leader Tomio Okamura made a number of other anti-Ukrainian statements during the election campaign, including restrictions on the rights of Ukrainian refugees in the Czech Republic and termination of military support to Ukraine.
On Wednesday, Okamura was elected speaker of the Czech Chamber of Deputies in accordance with a coalition agreement between his SPD party, the right-wing Automobilists and the ANO movement.
