Earlier The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announced that it approved the composition of the supervisory board of the Zaporizhia National University (ZNU), which was formed in accordance with the requirements of the CMU resolution on strengthening the powers of the supervisory boards of some higher education institutions.
The new Supervisory Board of ZNU included:
-Ruslan Gutnikov;
– Vadim Denysenko;
– Olena Zhuk;
– Sergey Kushnir;
– Oleksiy Nikiforov;
– Boris Shestopalov;
– Sergey Choporov.
The appointment took place according to the procedure defined within the framework of the experimental project, according to which the members of the supervisory board are selected by an independent committee consisting of 6 authoritative experts. All candidates passed a transparent competitive selection, an interview with the committee, as well as a check by the security authorities.

Currently, the competitive selection of candidates for the supervisory board of Vasyl Stefanyk Prykarpattia National University is in the queue. Interviews with candidates took place on December 12-13. The Supervisory Board of the Kyiv Aviation Institute will be selected at the beginning of the new year.
