The first condominiums in the Kiev region will receive compensation for solar power plants

The Kiev region has many participants in the program “GrinDIM”, they are compensating for the installation of Sonya electric power plants and thermal pumps for OSBB and ZHBK. KRMA reminded that for those who strive to improve the energy efficiency and energy security of the residential sector, the Grindim program of the Energy Efficiency Fund exists and is being successfully implemented. It allows condominiums and housing and communal services to install solar stations and heat pumps, and the fund partially compensates for the cost of such equipment

In the Kiev region, there are already the first participants of”Grindim”. In Bucha, a solar power plant will soon be installed in one of the nine-story residential buildings. Installation works continue

Participants of the program can be condominiums created and operating in accordance with the law of Ukraine “on the Association of co-owners of an apartment building” and HBC created in accordance with the law of Ukraine “on cooperation”, representing co-owners of high-rise buildings in which they operate.

Starting from October, participating houses with an area of more than 8 thousand M2 can receive a grant of up to UAH 2 million for the installation of a more powerful solar power plant.
