On Final WTA 2025 tournament in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) the final pair is determined.

The trophy of the final competition of the year will be drawn Arina Sobolenko (WTA 1) and Yelena Rybakina (Kazakhstan, WTA 6).

In the semifinals, Sobolenko beat Amanda Anisimov, and Rybakina coped with Jessica Pegula.

Sobolenko will hold the second final match at the WTA Finals in her career. In 2022, she gave way to Caroline Garcia. Rybakina will play in the final of Pidsumkovo for the first time.

Both tennis players have four victories at this final tournament – three matches won in the group stage and a victory in the semifinals.

Previously, Sobolenko and Rybakina played against each other 13 times. The score is 8:5 in favor of Arina. In 2025, the rivals met three times – two victories for Sobolenko.

In the finals, the score was 2:1 in favor of Yelena. Rybakina won the 2023 Indian Wells and 2024 Brisbane trophies in head-to-head matches with Sobolenko, and lost the 2023 Australian Open title.

The final of the WTA Finals 2025 will be held on November 8 and will begin at 18:00 Kyiv time. The winner will receive a check for 5 million and 235 thousand dollars – record prizes in tennis.
