In particular, the beloved artist Lilia and her younger son are currently abroad, and the eldest is studying in Ireland. However, they have certain daily rituals to keep in touch.
“We have mandatory daily phone calls with our wife. And with our sons a couple of times a week. They are now at an age when they do not feel the lack of a father very much. For some reason it seems so to me. Wife Lilia and younger son Bulat found temporary shelter from the war in Germany. Eldest son Corny studies in Ireland, left there long before the full-scale invasion. Wants to become a computer scientist, he hesitates between programming or cyber security. The younger one is studying at the school, he is undecided about his profession,” said Myroslav in an interview for OBOZ.UA.
Kuvaldin also emphasized that only once in 2024 he managed to fully spend time with his family and distract himself from service.
“During this year, I saw them only once – I went to Germany. By the way, this is also an advantage of military personnel: during vacation, you can safely go abroad. We managed to live a normal, family life for two weeks in Bavaria.”
