But he would not want his wife to know the whole truth, which he saw with his own eyes at the service.
“I haven’t spoken yet… I just don’t want her to know it. I have tears in my eyes because I saw a lot of different things there. I don’t know, the emotion is such that I will have to tell someday,” Zhenya said in an interview of the Muz_Trend project.
He also added that working with a psychotherapist now helps him deal with his emotions. Halych said this:
“I’ve been in therapy since last November. Sometimes it happens that I’m triggered, mostly some night stories that I have no control over. The last time I cried a lot was when a Russian rocket hit a house in Lviv and my mother and three daughters were killed, and dad stayed alive. It was a painful trigger for me, then I was in bed for two days.”
The singer emphasized that physical activity and sports also have a positive effect on him. He urges everyone not to lie on the sofa or be glued to the phone, but to constantly move and try to distract yourself from the constant tension.
