The export of grain this season is more than 20% higher than last year

Since the beginning of this marketing year, which began on July 1, Ukraine has already exported almost 21.3 million tons of grain. About this UNN reports with reference to data from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

According to the above data, as of December 27, in the 2024/25 marketing year, Ukraine exported 21.256 million tons of grain and leguminous crops. This is 21.57% more than on the same date of 2023/24 MR.

At the same time, 2.882 million tons of grain were exported in December, which is 34.31% less than in the same period last year.

In particular, in 2024/25 MR, the following have already been sent for export:

wheat – 9.63 million tons;

barley – 1.968 million tons;

rye – 10.8 thousand tons;

corn – 9.351 million tons.

Export of flour amounted to 37 thousand. tons
