Conclusions regarding the unfitness of five persons have already been canceled. The former head of the freelance commission at the Boryspil district TCC and SP and his accomplice have been charged with several articles of the Criminal Code.
Details: According to operatives, holding the position of Acting head of the VLK, the person involved organized a scheme to recognize men of mobilization age as unfit for military service.
Knowing about the lack of objective reasons, the doctor issued certificates about the alleged presence of the disease. In the future, this made it possible to issue a disability group to persons and became the basis for removing them from the military registration in the RTCC.
His accomplice – a state executive of the Boryspil Department of the State Executive Service, acted as an intermediary in the scheme. She handed over money and documents.
According to this scheme, 5 conscripts were recognized as unfit for service and the latter were excluded from military registration. According to the results of repeated medical examinations of these persons, the Central VLK of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian SSR canceled the issued conclusions on unfitness.
Investigators reported suspicion to two persons involved in the corruption scheme. The actions of the already former T.V.O. the heads of the VLK are qualified under part 1 of article 366 (official forgery), part 2 of article 332 (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine), part 5 of article 27 of article 336 (assistance in evasion of conscription for military service under time of mobilization), and state executives – under Part 2 of Article 369-2 (abuse of influence) of the CCU. Suspects were served with petitions for precautionary measures.
Law enforcement officers also seized forms of medical and social documentation, cartridges for small arms and mobile phones. After the analysis of the extracted information, legal qualification will be given to the actions of other persons involved in the device.
