Details: According to the sources of the UP in law enforcement agencies, Sinyuk had access to the materials of high-profile cases that are being investigated by NABU and SAP. In a comment to journalist Mykhailo Tkach, Synyuk denied any accusations of passing on materials or helping those involved. He stated that he did not have access to the cases related to Mindich, and called his relationship with Meniv friendly – they allegedly studied together. Sinyuk explained his residence on Hrushevskyi Street by the fact that his ex-wife lives there with her children.
“Ukrainian Pravda” currently does not know whether it is a coincidence that Andrii Sinyuk regularly meets with lawyer Oleksiy Meniv, who, in turn, regularly visits or lives next to Timur Mindych.

- According to the sources of the UP in business circles, employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office “managed to document Mindych in the apartment at the same address where the celebration of the president’s birthday took place 5 years ago.”
- The UP also wrote that the businessman and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio is Timur Mindich may become a figure in the investigation of the American Federal Bureau of Investigation. It may relate to money laundering.
- According to UP sources, an offshore company from the British Virgin Islands, a company with British registration and a man nicknamed “Sugarman” became the subject of the investigation by American law enforcement officers. (Businessman Mykhailo Zukerman has a similar surname. As People’s Deputy from the “Voice” party, Yaroslav Zhelezniak, Zukerman and his related companies “lit up at the Odesa port plant before the full-scale invasion” mentioned in his investigations).
