As it is noted, the Ministry of Defense wants to find out whether electronic reports for users are convenient, which can be improved or added to the existing service functionality and whether there are obstacles in using reports.
It is reported that the survey will last two weeks – from July 1 to July 14. The questions are divided into separate branches to explore the experience of both commanders and their subordinates.
“Almost 600,000 electronic reports have already been processed through the Army+. The figure proves – this is the necessary tool for service. Therefore, we continue to improve its functions. You need your help, namely your opinion and view of the service. The participation of the main users of the ecosystem, the military in this poll is important, ” – said the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Kateryna Chernnoroenko.
The Ministry of Defense reminded that in total, 16 surveys were conducted from the beginning of the Army+work. On average, about 20,000 users respond to questions that are raised in the application.
