“Impulse” is the first mass information and communication system (XI) of a tactical level that should be operational in every military unit, “the minister wrote.
We will remind, at the end of June in the mobile application “Reserve+” it was possible to pay a fine for violation of military accounting.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine prevented violations for the first quarter of 2025 and secured savings for purchases for UAH 176 million 500 thousand.
